Here, she developed a diverse clinical skill set. Alisha's background also includes providing care in sports physiotherapy, enhancing her expertise in injury management and rehabilitation.
With a strong foundation in working with NDIS and Home Care Packages patients, Alisha delivers bespoke, empathetic care tailored to individual needs. Her role as a rehabilitation consultant, managing Comprehensive Third Party clients, has deepened her understanding of the rehabilitation process. Leading Adaptive Approach Rehab, Alisha is dedicated to delivering personalised, high-quality rehab services, ensuring optimal care for every client under her guidance

Neda Sabeti
Meet Neda, an Accredited Practising Dietitian at Adaptive Approach Rehab. With a comprehensive background in providing evidence-based nutrition care across residential aged care facilities, mental health hospitals, the NDIS, and community nutrition programs for children, Neda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.
Neda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise and Sport Science and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney. Her expertise is further enhanced by her recognition as an Accredited Sports Dietitian by Sports Dietitians Australia, allowing her to optimise nutrition for athletes and sports teams.
Driven by her love for food, science, and health, Neda believes in the importance of personalised nutrition. She focuses on providing individualised, holistic, and sustainable evidence-based care to help her clients achieve their overall health goals.

Meet Sadaf, a member of the Adaptive Approach Rehab team, specialising in speech pathology. Graduating from Macquarie University with a Bachelor's in Speech, Hearing and Language Sciences and from the University of Technology Sydney with a Master’s in Speech Pathology, Sadaf brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. She skillfully assists children and adults with diverse speech and language needs.
In her varied role, Sadaf excels in providing therapy across settings such as schools, childcare centres and at homes. She is particularly adept at addressing the needs of adults with acquired communication issues and swallowing difficulties, offering detailed assessments and individualised management plans. Dedicated to evidence-based practice and understanding the unique requirements of each client, Sadaf's work at Adaptive Approach Rehab is integral. Her compassionate approach make a significant difference in enhancing the communication and swallowing abilities of her clients.

Quinn Passlow
Meet Quinn, a dedicated member of Adaptive Approach Rehab. With a background in health and wellbeing since 2020, Quinn offers expertise in strength & conditioning, weight loss, functional assessments, and musculoskeletal rehab. His diverse experience includes working with NDIS, Workcover, DVA patients, Medicare, MyAged Care, and private clients.
Quinn’s passion for sports extends over 15 years in both cricket and AFL. As a personal trainer for 3 years in both gym and mobile settings, he currently serves as a sports trainer for a local AFL club and leads strength & conditioning for a NSW premier cricket club.
During his studies at the University of Sydney, Quinn undertook a project focused on lower limb strength training for individuals living with cancer, furthering his insight into the role of exercise in cancer care. With experience in musculoskeletal rehab and learning from physiotherapists over the past 4 years, Quinn continues to make a positive impact in the sporting and rehabilitation arenas.
Quinn has a strong interest in sports performance and rehabilitation, focusing on disabilities, cancer, biomechanics, mental health, and injury prevention. His mission is to help patients achieve their best through exercise and lifestyle changes.

Mandy Fung
Meet Mandy, a qualified Occupational Therapist and a dedicated member of Adaptive Approach Rehab. With over five years of experience in the aged care and disability sector in NSW, Mandy specialises in providing services to adults and older adults with various health conditions and disabilities.
Mandy's expertise includes completing NDIS functional capacity assessments, home and living assessments (SIL/SDA), and both scripted and non-scripted assistive technology. She is proficient in NDIS minor home modifications and offers ongoing therapy for activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) skill building. Additionally, Mandy excels in pressure injury management, falls prevention, and manual handling education and review.
With a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for her clients, Mandy employs a comprehensive and empathetic approach to therapy. Her mission is to support individuals in achieving greater independence and improving their overall well-being through tailored interventions and dedicated care.

Dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals, Linda focuses on sustainable, long-term solutions and self-management strategies through manual therapy and targeted exercises, including dry needling. Her well-rounded expertise also includes experience as a sports trainer and working in rehabilitation settings during her studies, supporting clients across various conditions. Outside of work, Linda enjoys playing golf and staying active at the gym.
